How To Enter

• Create a Team account or login now.
• Click on “Start an idea to enter the contest".
• Select the number of team members and enter information for each person.
• Answer all questions and upload images of your design.
• Download Official Team Permission Form. 
• Upload all team members’ signed permission forms.
• Submit entry.

• Download and print an Official Entry Form.
• Complete the entry form.
• Attach the signed Official Team Permission Form to the entry.
• Fax the completed forms to (203) 612-3321, email a PDF to info@bkfk.com, or mail it to the address provided on the form.
